In this program I will provide you with a customized nutrition plan, home or gym workouts, and a supplement recommendation, according to your fitness goals.
My nutrition plan will include education on calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, and a sample meal plan with guidelines based on the numbers I recommend for you.
I will also program you monthly customized, progressive training programs, and instructional videos, that will help ensure you will progress in building muscle, maximizing fat loss and improving performance, as well as improving your mobility, flexibility, and core stability.
**Check-ins, calorie and macronutrient adjustments, communication, and accountability will not be included in this program.
