In this program, I will provide you with a customized nutrition plan, home or gym workouts, and supplement recommendation, according to your fitness goals.
Your nutrition plan will include education on calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, a sample meal plan with guidelines based on the numbers I recommend for you, and I will adjust calories and macronutrients, as needed.
I will also program you monthly customized, progressive training programs, and instructional videos, that will help ensure you will progress in building muscle, maximizing fat loss, and improving performance. As well as improving your mobility, flexibility, and core stability.
We will communicate via email, have weekly check-ins where you will send me your weight, measurements, progress pictures, and a summary of your nutrition and physical activity for the week, to make sure you are making consistent progress, and to help keep you accountable.
