In this program I will provide you with a customized nutrition plan and supplement recommendation, according to your fitness goals. My nutrition plan will include education on calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients, a sample meal plan with guidelines based on the numbers I recommend for you, and I will adjust calories and macronutrients, as needed.
We will communicate via email, have weekly check-ins, where you will send me your weight, measurements, progress pictures, and a summary of your nutrition and physical activity for the week, to make sure you are making consistent progress, and to help keep you accountable.
